Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Shop All account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included, and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
